Job Description

Missions and responsibilities
- Receiving of goods from external suppliers;
- Internal receipts of finished goods / raw materials;
- Internal shipments between stores;
- Issuing of raw materials to production (W.I.P);
- Return of raw materials from production (W.I.P);
- Return of finished goods from production (W.I.P);
- Accurate recording of goods in stock movement book and an ERP system;
- Quarterly stock count / Monthly cycle counts/spot checks;
- Maintaining of housekeeping standards including filing and documentation (5S).
Education Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12/N3 or relevant experience in Inventory
- Qualification in Inventory Management or Warehousing (preferable)
- 1 – 2 years relevant experience
- Have ability to analyse and interpret data
- Have a good knowledge of inventory control and record keeping

Knowledge
- Good numeracy, timekeeping and reliability;
- Knowledge of ERP system;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Ability to analyse and interpret data;
- Good administration skills;
- Understand process flows;
- Microsoft Excel and MS Word Experience;
- Computer literacy.
