What this role is all about
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads at Infobip. Your mission is to respond fast, qualify effectively, and connect prospects with the right sales or partnership teams. This role is a key entry point into our commercial organization, offering strong exposure to sales, marketing, and our platform.
What you’ll do
- Manage inbound leads for your region, responding within strict SLAs
- Qualify prospects via calls, chats, and inbound inquiries
- Identify customer needs, segment, and vertical to route leads correctly
- Set up high-quality meetings for Account Executives, Mid-Market, or Partners
- Maintain accurate lead and account data in Salesforce
- Use Outreach to manage contact sequences based on lead source and intent
- Perform outbound prospecting when inbound volume is lower
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality and conversion
- Continuously learn about Infobip products, use cases, and sales best practices
What makes you a strong fit
- Interest in sales, business development, or tech/SaaS environments
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers
- Comfortable working with targets, SLAs, and structured processes
- Fluent English at minimum B2 level (spoken and written)
- Curious, coachable, and open to feedback
- Organized and detail-oriented, with basic CRM discipline
