You’ll inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to ensure safe, reliable performance for our customers. ✅ Position Requirements: • Must own proper tools to perform necessary repairs• High school diploma or GED required• Previous mechanic experience or military service highly valued• Strong understanding of diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems• Ability to demonstrate technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills ⭐ Strongly Preferred Experience: • Technical certificate or associate degree from an accredited program• Mechanic experience on heavy and light construction equipment• Experience servicing aerial and man lift equipment• Technical knowledge of hydraulic pumps, valves, and motors• Welding experience is a plus 🧰 Career Growth:Technician levels and compensation rates are determined by skill set, knowledge, and experience.
