As a key member of the Revenue Cycle Management team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward by transforming patient care and improving patient outcomes.

Job Title: Subject Matter Expert

Location: Hyderabad, India

Business Unit: Revenue Cycle Management

Role Summary:

Are you detail-oriented and results-driven? We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Process Executive - Voice. In this role, the Senior Process Executive - Voice will be responsible for accounts receivable (AR) follow-up and denial resolution through effective communication with U.S. insurance companies and payers.

The position requires strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and knowledge of revenue cycle management (RCM) to resolve claim issues, reduce outstanding AR, and improve cash flow. Additionally, the Senior Process Executive will mentor junior associates and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.

  • Train staff on updated RCM procedures, medical coding, and billing guidelines.
  • Provide expert guidance during client meetings and internal reviews.
  • Act as the primary knowledge source for RCM processes such as billing, cash posting, credit balance, accounts receivables, denial management, and correspondence review.
  • Monitor RCM metrics like Days in AR, aging above 90 days, collections, and bad debt.
  • Allocate work and track team performance with operational scorecards.
  • Investigate claim denials, identify root causes, and implement strategies to reduce denial rates.
  • Oversee collections follow-up to ensure timely payments from insurers and patients.
  • Prepare and submit appeals for denied claims in compliance with payer guidelines.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports using billing systems and MS Excel.
  • Identify trends and patterns in accounts receivable and initiate corrective action plans.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain the integrity of the RCM process

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM, especially AR follow-up, denial management, and payer guidelines.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with neutral accent and active listening.
  • Proficiency in working with practice management systems, payer portals, and MS Office tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask while working with multiple systems.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts/US time zones.
  • Team player with the ability to mentor and support junior staff.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in Hyderabad office

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years in healthcare RCM with proven expertise.
  • Medical terminology, CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding.
  • Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written).
