Job Description
- Lead PRDs by collaborating with partner teams (e.g., engineers, program managers, UX) during product design and development to implement the requirements to turn PRDs into OKRs for multiple teams.
- Contribute to the ambition of creating an engaging business messaging platform.
- Spend time with customers, users, and partners around the world both virtually and physically, understand their needs, and translate them to the future of global communication.
- Identify the highest impact opportunities both for Google and the entire RCS ecosystem which could be related to AI-powered agents, conversational design, commerce, trust and safety, personalized brand engagement, or other areas.
- Enable brands to create an engaging customer experience.
