Job Description:

  • Assist Enterprise customers with tracking inquiries for orders and shipments using customer-prescribed systems and tools.
  • Handle investigation cases related to lost, delayed, or missing shipments.
  • Manage and process customer claims accurately and efficiently in accordance with company procedures.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Document all customer interactions, actions taken, and case updates within the system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and Apple guidelines.
