Job Description:

Perform installation, setup, and qualification of probe cards.

Provide on-site troubleshooting and corrective actions for repair.

Support preventive maintenance to ensure stable product performance.

Assist in failure analysis and root cause identification in collaboration with internal engineering teams.

Support New Product Introduction activities and initial customer ramp.

Document service activities and customer issues in a timely manner through internal systems(Salesforce).

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience | Required
