Job Description

Responsibility: 

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Prepare order/sales monthly forecast and weekly updates with input from business managers.
  • Prepare monthly P&L forecast and reporting package including sales/std. cost/other cost/cost center/HC/working capital etc, analyze monthly results and provide variance explanations, update monthly forecasts and support reviews with region management team.
  • Annual planning including topline/Std. Margin/cost center spending
  • Manage Credit and Collection, prepare timely and accurate Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) reports monthly
  • Support month-end close activities
  • Other ad hoc assignments from line manager and regions business leaders
  • Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations

Drive Business Results

  • Support managers to drive business results to achieve target
  • Business partnering with numerous teams across the business
  • Diligently work with operation team to identify potential risks and proactively help propose a solution
  • Respond to various questions and requests from operation and sales teams 
  • Assist line managers and BU business leaders set up critical metrics, track actual result and tackle business problems, Analyze trends in KPIs
  • Consolidate, prepare and present multi-region financial and participate in business reviews
  • Involve in cross-region Finance projects and assignments

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing or Business Administration related majors
  • 5+ years’ working experience in FP&A, modeling, forecasting, budgeting and Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle Fusion and Essbase/Smart view or related financial systems and strong Excel/data analytics skills
  • Solid accounting knowledge and strong financial analytics/summarizing/presenting skills/problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality, accurate results

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent team member, cooperative, enjoys collaborating with colleagues and cross-functional partners and possesses leadership skills.
  • Result driven and highly self-motivated; has aspiration for expanded scope and accept job rotations
  • Learning mindset and being able to use various tools for continuous improvements
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
