Banquet Servers
Peninsula-- Williamsburg, Newport News, Yorktown, Hampton, Poquoson
Part-Time | Flexible Event Schedule
$15.00- $16.00 per hour
Givens Talent is hiring Banquet Servers for hospitality and catered events throughout the Peninsula area. We are looking for dependable, professional associates who enjoy working in a fast-paced event environment.
Events may include weddings, corporate functions, private parties, and special events throughout Hampton Roads. Schedules are typically provided two weeks in advance and may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Set up and breakdown tables, chairs, displays, and event areas
- Serve food and beverages during events
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Assist guests and event staff as needed
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand for extended periods of time
Dress Code
- Black slacks with black belt
- Black dress shirt tucked in
- Black bow tie
- Black non-slip shoes
- Black socks
For less formal events, black polo shirts may be permitted. Black t-shirts may be worn during setup and breakdown.
