This role sits at the center of mission-critical enterprise application support, focusing on complex SAP IS-U Billing environments that power large-scale utility and billing operations. The engineer will act as a senior technical problem solver, working remotely with global clients to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve high-impact issues across highly customized SAP landscapes. The position combines deep functional SAP expertise with hands-on technical debugging, requiring the ability to work across multiple modules, systems, and integrations. In addition to issue resolution, the role contributes to system stability, performance optimization, and long-term improvement of client environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, always-on support organization where reliability and precision are essential.
