What is Prologis Essentials?
Prologis Essentials is the platform through which Prologis extends beyond real estate to become a strategic operations partner for its customers. It enables companies to design, build, and optimize warehouse operations through fully integrated, turnkey intralogistics solutions. Covering the full lifecycle, from initial move-in and warehouse setup to ongoing optimization and eventual move-out, Essentials delivers critical infrastructure such as racking, energy systems, material handling, and office fit-outs through a coordinated ecosystem of partners. By combining commercial, technical, and project delivery capabilities, Essentials provides customers with one accountable partner, reducing complexity, accelerating timelines, and improving operational outcomes.
