Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
Perform a variety of tasks to help maintain accurate inventory levels of materials, tooling, and supplies under moderate supervision.
Maintain accurate inventory records and support audits and cycle counts.
Prepare outbound shipments and complete documentation accurately.
Follow established safety and procedural guidelines.
Assist with basic packaging, assembly, and inspection tasks.
Collaborate effectively with team members and support overall warehouse operations.
Support operations planning by tracking inventory and material identifiers.
Participate in purchasing activities and coordinate material deliveries.
Coordinate preparation of components, tooling, and documentation for production release.
Ensure prompt return of excess materials, components, and tooling to inventory.
Solve routine problems using established procedures and escalate when needed.
Support small process improvement initiatives.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Demonstrate accountability for individual contributions and support team goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
Minimum Education:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment; regulated industry experience preferred.
Forklift experience (desirable).
Warehouse experience (desirable).
Knowledge & Skills:
Special Skills:
Strong organizational skills.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to communicate and work with those inside and outside the department, handle multiple assignments and prioritize accordingly.
Ability to follow appropriate department policies, procedures, and practices.
Specialized Knowledge:
Understanding of inventory practices preferred.
Familiar with production procedures.
Knowledge of ERP system desired.
Must possess a valid driver’s license (if required to drive a company vehicle)
Forklift certification required (if required to operate a forklift)
Depending on site/country regulations, additional certifications may be required
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
Must be comfortable with varying noise levels, which can occasionally be loud.
