Leasing Associate

Job Description:  Under the direction of the Real Estate Manager, the Leasing Associate is responsible for maximizing occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention, and providing or coordinating exceptional customer service.
