Rostering & Compliance Officer -Brisbane Airport
Trident Services is currently seeking an experienced Rostering & Compliance Officer to join our high-volume, fast-paced operation based at Brisbane Airport. This is a critical role supporting a large workforce of 250+ employees across a complex rostering environment within an Airport setting.
About the Role
This position will see you responsible for managing rostering, payroll compliance, and workforce coordination across a large site/s. You will play a critical role ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with EBAs/awards while handling a variety of workforce queries with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage and maintain rosters for a large workforce (250+)
Ensure compliance with EBAs, awards, and organisational policies
Interpret industrial instruments, allowances, and pay conditions accurately
Maintain and update workforce data
Respond to staff queries in a calm, friendly, and professional manner
Coordinate changes and adjustments to rosters in a dynamic environment
Work closely with operational teams to meet workforce requirements
About You
Proven experience in rostering and workforce coordination within a large, complex sites
Experience in using Dayforce (preferably but can train)
Solid understanding of EBA and award interpretation, including allowances
Highly computer savvy with strong systems skills
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
A calm, approachable, and solution-focused communication style when dealing with staff
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol test and obtain Aviation security Identification Card ( ASIC)
