Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision and coordination of responsibilities for shift production activities at Southern Minnesota Beet Sugar Cooperative. The Shift Supervisor will help SMBSC reach its mission and goals by 1) maintaining work flow by monitoring process flows and results without compromising safety, quality, and environmental compliance; and (2) coaching and developing employees to create a skilled workforce for current and future needs.
