General Overview

 

Are you looking to launch your career in a thriving dental practice in Wadsworth? As a Front Office Coordinator, you'll be the welcoming face of our state-of-the-art practice, delivering exceptional patient care in a friendly, community-focused environment.

 

We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice.

  • Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Wednesday 7:00am - 4:00pm
  • Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Friday OFF

Responsibilities

The Front Office Coordinator should:

  • Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.

  • Develop efficient and patient-friendly scheduling strategies that optimize our practice's workflow and patient experience.

  • Manage patient documents and records.

  • Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of proven experience in a medical, dental, or veterinary setting, preferably in the Wadsworth or Northeast Ohio area
  • 1+ year experience helping and communicating patients on the phone
  • Interest in learning the dental software Denticon
  • Proven experience helping patients and creating a positive office environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience
  • Knowledge of Dental operations
  • Experience in dental insurance benefits
  • Experience with Denticon
