Senior Engineer, IDP Platform Support

POSITION SUMMARY: 

This role focuses on L2 application support and development activities within a cloud-based environment. Responsibilities include working with AWS services such as Lambda functions, API Gateway integrations, S3 bucket management, and Athena-based data analysis to ensure application availability, performance, and reliability. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience

JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Level 2 (L2) application support, including troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancement of existing solutions.

• Develop, maintain, and support Python code and scripts used for application functionality, automation, and defect resolution.

• Collaborate closely with the Level 1 (L1) support team by offering technical guidance, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring effective operational handovers.

• Apply hands-on AWS knowledge to monitor applications, identify and resolve issues, and support basic cloud operations.

• Work cross-functionally with infrastructure, DevOps, and other technical teams to support deployments, address environment-related issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support document-processing systems and associated workflows to ensure stability, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

   

QUALIFICATION:

•  Bachelor/Master/Engineering degree in IT/Computer Science/software engineering or relevant field

WORK SCHEDULE OR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

2-11 PM IST, Mon – Fri. No travel.
