Humacyte’s initial opportunity, a portfolio of Acellular Tissue Engineered Vessel (ATEVs), is currently approved for use in vascular trauma repair and is in late-stage clinical trials targeting multiple other applications including AV access for hemodialysis, and peripheral arterial disease. Preclinical development is also underway in coronary artery bypass graft, pediatric heart surgery, treatment of type 1 diabetes, and multiple novel cell and tissue applications. Humacyte’s 6mm ATEV for AV access in hemodialysis was the first product candidate to receive the FDA’s Regenerative Medicine Advanced Therapy (RMAT) designation and has also received FDA Fast Track designation. JOB SUMMARY:
The Temporary Program Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support for the Meetings & Events function. This role will assist with the planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of conferences, meetings, advisory boards, and other company-sponsored events. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Essential Functions in the role of JOB TITLE
- Assist with conference and meeting registration management.
- Assist with attendee communications and event correspondence.
- Support hotel rooming list management and attendee tracking.
- Assist with conference applications and exhibit administration.
- Support Cvent administration and event-related communications.
- Assist with ExhibitDay maintenance and conference closeout activities.
- Support iCapture administration and lead retrieval activities.
- Assist with inventory management and shipping coordination.
- Support conference reconciliation and documentation.
- Assist with event website updates and maintenance.
- Support meeting scheduling and calendar management.
- Assist with preparation of meeting materials and attendee resources.
- Provide on-site meeting and conference support, as needed.
- Perform general administrative, project coordination, and event support duties.
- Other Duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience supporting meetings, events, conferences, trade shows, or project coordination activities.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with event management platforms, registration systems, or similar tools preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High degree of flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to lift and transport meeting and event materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
Education required for JOB TITLE:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years of experience supporting meetings, events, conferences, trade shows, administrative operations, or project coordination activities.
- Experience with event management platforms, registration systems, Cvent, or similar technologies preferred.
- Experience supporting attendee communications, rooming lists, logistics, inventory management, shipping coordination, or related event operations preferred.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS HIGHLIGHTS:
- Hourly rate commensurate with experience and qualifications[LH1] .
- Up to 20 hours per week.
- Initial engagement from June 22, 2026, through September 30, 2026.
- This is a temporary independent contractor position and is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.
