Community Empowerment Manager

The main duties of the Community Empowerment Manager are to develop and oversee a community empowerment program for Vivent Health within their state. The role will recruit people served by Vivent Health, people living with or most vulnerable to HIV, and our allies into programs, services and activities designed to support meaningful civic engagement. The Community Empowerment Manager will also build broad coalitional relationships by engaging with like-minded stakeholders, including local decision makers, community leaders, and other community-based organizations. In addition, this role will lead on-the-ground state and local policy work, including legislative and regulatory advocacy, policymaker engagement, and stakeholder education.
