Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the governance of IAM processes while ensuring compliance with security policies. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as Security Operations, Active Directory, HR, Sourcing, and business representatives, to develop and implement IAM strategies, oversee operations, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
You’ll specifically take care of designing IAM mechanisms and policies, managing the lifecycle of user accounts, and coordinating with external partners, but also leading the development of functional and technical roadmaps for IAM initiatives.
We’ll look to you for:
-
Managing and leading a cross-functional IAM team, providing mentorship and driving team engagement.
-
Ensuring the operational readiness and effectiveness of the IAM service.
-
Auditing IAM systems and processes while driving compliance with security policies and standards.
-
Improving the quality of IAM services delivered by external partners and ensuring adherence to service agreements.
-
Leading the adoption of new IAM security solutions, such as B2B operations and single sign-on (SSO) processes.
-
Providing risk oversight and actionable insights to support informed decision-making by security leadership.
-
Developing and maintaining IAM policies, instructions, and awareness across business and technical teams.
-
Analyzing internal and external threats and recommending remediation actions based on IAM capabilities.
-
Driving measurable IAM security metrics to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

Proven experience in people management and building high-performing teams.
-
Strong understanding of IAM domains, including SSO, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
-
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, GIAC, or CISM (preferred).
-
Hands-on experience with IAM solutions like Saviynt AAG, Microsoft Azure, or similar platforms.
-
Knowledge of ISO 27002 and ISO 27005 standards.
-
Ability to design IAM security patterns, including provisioning, authentication, and access governance.
