Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 3 for TCU located in Fort Worth, TX.  This position will manage retail volume in the Kings Family Commons Building which consists of four units.  One of the units is an allergen free kitchen Magnolias Zero 7 with service to students with medically diagnosed allergies and is open to all students.  We also have a Starbuck's We Proudly Brew grab and go unit, a Mexican lunch and dinner program called Calientes, and O'Brien's Burgers.  All units except Magnolia's are supported with a commissary kitchen.
