Responsibilities
- Assign and monitor daily tasks to ensure timely completion of operational activities.
- Supervise team members and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor workflow accuracy, material handling discipline, and general warehouse efficiency.
- Conduct periodic stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Review and prepare basic reports and updates using MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Support employee onboarding and skills development through on-the-job training and coaching.
- Ensure compliance with safety, material handling, and traceability standards.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to support overall operational goals.
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4 year course or program
- At least 1 year of experience in 3PL or warehouse settings
- With working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- With proven leadership skills and experience in managing or guiding a team.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to be assigned in DHL Maguyam, Silang, Cavite.
