Head of Finance (Taco Bell Foundation)

The Taco Bell Foundation is seeking a senior finance leader to own financial planning, performance management, and financial governance for a $60M+ organization. This role sits within Taco Bell’s broader finance organization and serves as the dedicated finance lead to the Taco Bell Foundation.

The individual will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while establishing strong financial discipline, visibility, and decision support across the organization. As a strategic partner to the Executive Director and leadership team, this role is accountable for ensuring financial insights are clear, reliable, and directly inform decision-making and resource allocation.

This role leads a finance team spanning FP&A, accounting, compliance, and analytics, providing direction, prioritization, and oversight while ensuring high-quality execution across all financial operations.
