Job Description
Overview
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Senior Project Manager to work in our Holmdel, NJ office. May telecommute. Requires ~10% travel to project sites throughout the eastern U.S.
Responsibilities
- Prepare engineering calculations and technical data for the design of railroad bridges.
- Analyze reports, maps, drawings, tests, etc. in order to plan and design a project.
- Prepare or modify reports, specifications, plans, schedules and designs.
- Prepare or review scopes of work and budgets, and schedule assignments.
- Prepare design computations and quantity estimates.
- Review “shop” drawings and other related construction documents and submittals.
- Provide direction to engineers, technicians and administrative staff and perform field investigations/ site visits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
- 2 years of experience as a Civil Engineer working on railroad bridge engineering and using MathCAD, Microstation, Midas Civil, and RISA-3D as well as applying the AREMA Manual for Railway Engineering
- PE license in any state
Compensation: $117,381/ year
