Baptist Health is looking for a Non-Clinical Principal Trainer to join our Revenue Cycle Education & Development Department at Baptist Metro Square!
As a Non-Clinical Principal Trainer, you will be responsible for:
- Reports to an Epic Training Manager and is responsible for understanding and applying adult learning theory, and instructional design principles to project related work.
- Serves as a liaison and representative to Epic and Baptist Health communities, work groups, and committees.
- Performs task analysis, long term and short-term planning, and determines training needs of the end users.
- Collaborates with the instructional designers to assure all content being developed is deployed through modalities that offer the best opportunities for team members to understand and adopt the elements into their practices.
- *Minimum of one Epic application certification.
- * Certified in at least one other application within the first 6 months into the position.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma Required
Associates Degree Preferred
Minimum 5 Years of Related Experience Required
3-5 Years of Training Experience Required
