Overview At Publicis Groupe Belgium, we’re looking for an SEO Expert to lead and scale organic growth for ambitious local and international brands. In this role, you’ll own the full SEO journey—from strategy to execution—working closely with content, product, tech, and paid media teams to drive measurable business impact. If you’re a data‑driven marketer who enjoys combining technical SEO, content optimisation, experimentation, and AI‑powered workflows, this role is for you. As SEO Expert you are part of the Search team within PMX (Publicis Media Exchange); you report directly to the Search Director. Responsibilities This is our bucket list, but we will not be disappointed if we cannot tick all the boxes in the end. SEO Strategy & Execution Own the SEO roadmap aligned with business goals; prioritise initiatives based on impact vs. effort and define clear KPIs Lead technical and on‑page SEO improvements (crawlability, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema, internal linking) Manage SEO‑safe launches, experiments (title/meta tests, content clusters), and site changes or migrations Identify and propose organic growth opportunities within the local market Content & Collaboration Partner with content, product, paid media, and planning teams on content calendars, refreshes, and cross‑channel learnings Localise keywords and content to ensure relevance and search intent alignment Translate SEO requirements into developer‑ready tickets, define acceptance criteria, and QA releases Create SEO playbooks, documentation, and training to scale best practices Reporting & Insights Build and maintain dashboards using GA4, Google Search Console, and BI tools Lead monthly SEO performance reporting and insights Turn data into actionable recommendations, forecasts, and ROI‑driven action plans Monitor algorithm updates, competitors, and SERP features to surface risks and opportunities AI & Innovation Use AI tools for keyword clustering, SERP intent analysis, content briefs, and scalable metadata creation Support AI and LLM audits by analysing outputs and translating findings into SEO recommendations Automate audits and reporting where relevant Help define AI usage guidelines to ensure accuracy, human review, and brand safety Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or content strategy Strong understanding of SEO best practices, tools, and performance metrics Solid knowledge of SEA and experience working closely with paid search teams Comfortable working with data and translating insights into action Proactive, organised, and detail‑oriented, with a growth mindset Strong communication and presentation skills Fluent in Dutch or French, and English Experience with AI‑driven content or SEO tools is a plus Additional information WHEN JOINING US, THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT A key position in a resourceful and people obsessed organization.
