Responsibilities
Interact with customers regularly by phone, email or in person to develop and maintain an excellent relationship. Reviews the purchase requirements for each job; initiates the process. Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers. Monitor and replenish customer inventories to level agreed upon by the customer and execute purchases of inventory. Identify issues, specify resources required, evaluate solution options, communicate requirements of team members and review open issues and action items. Manage the collection, analysis, documentation and coordination of assigned projects.
