Responsibilities
Provide support to technologists, physicians and other staff members of the Women's Imaging Center with peripheral activities associated with mammography and ultrasound exams and invasive procedures. Typical duties include getting patients ready for the exam, assisting physicians during procedures as directed, obtaining necessary supplies for procedures, patient accompaniment, process paperwork, computer entries, transporting surgical patients, transporting surgical specimens to pathology department, digitizing films, hanging outside interpretations, printing films and/or burning CDs for patients and scanning paperwork.
