PBX Operator - Palace

Description:

Responsible for answering all incoming phone calls in a professional, helpful and courteous manner. Assisting Guests and directing calls to appropriate departments.

Qualifications:

1 year previous experience as PBX Operator preferred. Must be friendly and outgoing with a great personality. Must be a team player and have a positive attitude. Must have pleasant and professional phone demeanor and must have excellent communication skills.
