Essential Functions
Category Management & Strategy
Develop and implement a global category strategy for beverages and hotel consumables aligned with company standards and operational goals.
Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and emerging suppliers to drive innovation and cost efficiency.
Lead competitive bidding processes, evaluate proposals, and negotiate contracts that balance cost, quality, and service excellence.
Manage supplier relationships, ensuring consistent performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the F&B and Hotel Operations teams to define and maintain accurate product specifications and system setups in MXP.
Procurement Operations
Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, contracting, ordering, and logistics coordination.
Ensure that all procurement processes meet corporate standards and international compliance requirements.
Partner with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize delivery timelines and transportation methods.
Monitor supplier KPIs related to cost, quality, lead times, and delivery performance.
Participate in supplier audits, product evaluations, and trade events to strengthen supplier engagement and category insight.
Collaboration & Communication
Work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and Operations to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Maintain transparent communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between procurement strategies and onboarding needs.
Provide mentorship to junior supply chain staff as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
Professional Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in luxury hospitality, cruise, or premium beverage industries.
Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management in an international context.
Strong understanding of customs regulations, port procedures, and maritime logistics.
Established network within the beverage or hospitality consumables supply markets is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement systems such as MXP, SAP, or AMOS.
Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish) are an asset.
High ethical standards, discretion, and the ability to work independently.
