Performs various lab administrative responsibilities, including coordinating participant visits, organizing study related materials, and providing administrative support to the principal investigator and study team.Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicates with research participants and study staff via phone and written communication; provides recruitment support; completes telephone intake forms with participants to determine eligibility for study visits; schedules study visits and exam room space, and other procedures as needed.
- Organizes charts and other study related materials; manages paper and electronic information; assists with data organization, documentation, storage, and other study team administrative workflows as needed.
- Provides administrative support to the principal investigator by scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, scanning study paperwork and files for assigned studies, and preparing and maintaining various documents, such as curriculum vitae, licenses and certifications, memos, letters, abstracts, and reports for research activities.
- Orders and stocks office supplies; orders equipment and supplies for research studies; submits participant payment requests.
- Performs other duties incidental to the work described herein.

Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire date.
