Overview
HVAC Maintenance Technician
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
- Demonstrate strong, efficient, and effective problem‑solving skills
- Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction
- Attend periodic manufacturer and technical training classes
- Participate in all required safety training and follow company safety policies and procedures
- Lift, maneuver, and work with equipment weighing 50 lbs or more
What You Bring
- 1–5 years of HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred
- HVAC degree or equivalent hands‑on field experience, with certification from a technical or trade school (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
