If you’re looking for a hands-on role where you can learn the construction industry from the inside out, this is a great place to begin. As a QC Technician, you’ll help ensure our homes meet top-tier quality standards before they’re handed over to new owners. You’ll get to work with mechanical, electrical, structural, and finish trades while building real-world skills that set you up for long-term success in the industry.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform quality inspections on new homes and verify they meet company standards
- Serve as the “fresh set of eyes” before homeowner orientations, ensuring every detail is ready
- Work independently and take ownership of your daily tasks
- Collaborate with several departments to help deliver an exceptional final product
JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- 0–5 years of experience (construction experience is great but not required)
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Someone proactive, reliable, and motivated to learn
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and valid motor vehicle liability insurance are required
- Comfortable being on your feet and lifting 15+ lbs when needed
- Willingness to travel frequently between job sites (<90% travel)
