Job Description
Senior Web Engineer
Application Deadline: 31 July 2026
Department: Engineering
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Singapore
Description
The Web Engineer is the technical owner of KAST's public web presence. The role brings our marketing web stack fully in-house, migrating the site from Webflow to Next.js + Sanity and owning it long-term — architecture, build, integrations, SEO, performance, and day-to-day operations.
This role is for builders, people who take initiative, think in systems, and care deeply about doing great work. If you’re excited about working at the intersection of technology, execution, and impact, you’ll feel right at home at KAST.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and own the new Next.js + Sanity site, including a template system that lets Marketing and Content publish without dev support.
- Lead the Webflow → Sanity migration without breaking URLs, SEO equity, or analytics.
- Ship campaign and product landing pages from Figma to production — build, QA, deploy, monitor.
- Operate the web infrastructure: DNS, SSL, redirects, Cloudflare, and edge Workers.
- Integrate the site with third-party systems (FX/currency API, lead capture, Pinpoint ATS, CRM, analytics).
- Own SEO, Core Web Vitals, accessibility (WCAG AA), and analytics.
- Run the website intake queue and keep stakeholders aligned across time zones.
- Own reliability: uptime, monitoring, and launch-day fixes.
What You'll Bring
- Strong production experience with Next.js / React.
- Hands-on with a headless CMS, Sanity strongly preferred (schemas, editor experience, publishing).
- Track record migrating marketing sites without losing SEO, URLs, or analytics.
- Solid web infrastructure skills: DNS, SSL, redirects, CDN, Cloudflare, edge Workers.
- Ability to build lightweight back-end integrations (route handlers, serverless functions, webhooks).
- Strong technical SEO, performance, and accessibility (WCAG AA) knowledge.
- Self-directed operator who can own a site solo and ship fast across distributed time zones.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or stablecoin/neobank products.
