Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. While specific responsibilities will vary based on location, this candidate will be responsible to assist with the physical asset management of the property and is on call 24/7 for maintenance emergencies when the Maintenance Supervisor is on vacation. The ability to assist with managing a staff, multi-task and be adaptive to changing responsibilities while keeping a positive attitude are crucial. Strong communication and organizational skills are also key. This position is located in Irving, TX 75039.
