Equity Options Trade Support Analyst: New Grad

Susquehanna has an opening for an Operations Analyst to join our brokerage team in support of our Institutional Sales Trading desk. In this role, you will support trading activity from execution by our traders through settlement, clearing, and post-trade analysis. This ensures that you will gain broad exposure across the operational activities on the desk including settlements, reconciliations, reporting, issue resolution, and variance analysis.  Additionally, we will look forward to focusing on continuous automation and process improvement through collaboration with both operations and technology team members.
