After-sales activities in connection to vehicle maintenance and tire service
Monitoring and organizing the performance of contracted services (replacement vehicle, door to door…)
Active communication with customers through the call center
Monitoring and organization with users and suppliers of regular and irregular servicing
Cost control of allocated processes and monitoring of after-sales processes
Advisory and professional technical assistance to customers
Post-sales administrative activities
