Director of Social Media
Our client is a global digital marketing agency based in Miami, looking for a Director of Social Media to lead strategy and execution across all client accounts, with a focus on wellness, health, and beauty. This is a senior leadership role overseeing teams across the US and global teams.

The Role
The Director will own the agency's social media vision end-to-end — from strategy and creative direction to team management and client satisfaction. They're looking for a confident self-starter who leads without waiting for permission and drives results across both markets.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale a high-performing social media team across the US and (preferably with global experience)
  • Own multi-platform strategy across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Drive follower growth, engagement, and audience development across all client accounts
  • Develop tailored strategies for brand pages, product pages, and founder/personality accounts
  • Lead end-to-end influencer marketing — from talent identification through post-campaign analysis — across all tiers (nano to celebrity)
  • Oversee UGC strategies, brand collaborations, and digital partnerships
  • Provide creative direction, ensuring platform-native, on-brand content across all accounts
  • Partner with paid social teams to align organic and paid strategies
  • Lead AI integration across workflows — content creation, reporting, automation, and internal SOPs
  • Own client communications, reporting, and strategic recommendations
  • Monitor KPIs across all accounts and ensure targets are met or exceeded
Who They're Looking For
  • 8+ years in social media or digital marketing; agency experience required
  • Proven leadership managing multiple client accounts simultaneously (5–8 at a time)
  • Deep expertise in TikTok and Instagram growth mechanics, influencer marketing, and UGC
  • Experience scaling personal brands and founder/personality accounts
  • Hands-on with AI tools and comfortable building workflows and systems around them
  • Background in wellness, beauty, health or supplements strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of paid social and its intersection with organic strategy
  • Experience working across US and international markets; UAE familiarity is a plus
Requirements
  • Agency background required
  • Portfolio with case studies of past campaigns and influencer activations
  • This is a remote role for all the US
