Shafting Dept Machinist

BenderCCP is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to support our large-diameter and long-length shafting operations. This role focuses on machining precision shafts and rotating components used in heavy industrial and power-generation applications. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with tight tolerances, complex setups, and heavy components, and takes pride in producing high-quality work in a safety-focused environment. This position is a key addition to our machine shop as we continue to support increasing workload and upcoming projects.
