This role…
- Install, service, troubleshoot, and remove personal emergency response systems, homecare monitoring equipment, and medication dispensing devices in member’s homes.
- Responsible for scheduling and managing assigned jobs, ensuring appointments are coordinated, communicated, and completed within established service level expectations.
- Maintain regular communication with VRI Home Service Coordinators regarding scheduling updates, changes, and job completion status
- Complete assigned work orders accurately and efficiently.
- Educate members and caregivers on the proper use of installed equipment.
- Maintain professional and courteous interactions with members and their families.
- Travel throughout the assigned service territory to complete installations and service requests.

- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within a 100-mile radius of the assigned service area (in state).
- Access to a personal computer, tablet, or smartphone.
- Basic tools required for the installation of electronic equipment.
- Ability to pass a background check, including a motor vehicle records review.
- Ability to successfully complete drug screening and fingerprinting requirements.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
Salary: $15/hr
Physical Requirements
Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle for extended periods of time.
Ability to enter and exit a vehicle multiple times throughout the workday.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods while driving and while performing office-based work.
Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other standard office equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and electronically.
Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, and carry work-related materials.
Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to [15–25] pounds, if required by the position.
Ability to travel locally within the assigned service area and occasionally outside the area, if needed.

Work Environment
Approximately 50% or more of work time is spent driving to assigned locations, customer sites, or client appointments.
Remaining work time is spent in an office, home office, or other administrative setting.
Work may be performed in varying weather conditions when traveling between locations.
Position may require a flexible schedule to meet operational or client needs.
