Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Support the customer service department in ensuring customer issues are addressed with partner in a timely manner
• Prepare weekly reports on System Alerts and resolutions
• Interact with Customers to identify and support issues
• Coordinate with Partners to dispatch and get resolution on issues
• Other tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements:
• Very strong attention to details
• Must be able to multitask and handle a heavy work load
• Individual must be able to research, analyze and think outside the box
• Must have excellent verbal and written skills
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player
• High School Diploma or equivalent
