About the Role:
The Temporary Corporate Recruiter will play a critical role in supporting the organization's talent acquisition efforts during a defined period, ensuring that hiring needs are met efficiently and effectively. This position focuses on sourcing, screening, and recommending qualified candidates for various corporate roles across departments. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Additionally, the role involves managing the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, maintaining clear communication and professionalism. Ultimately, the Temporary Corporate Recruiter will contribute to building a strong workforce that aligns with the company’s goals and culture during the temporary assignment.
What You Will Do:
- Proactively manage and stay abreast of all open positions within the organization.
- Conduct thorough research and sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates.
- Engage with candidates through various channels and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Work closely with hiring managers to refine and optimize job descriptions.
- Ensure job postings effectively communicate the company culture, values, and expectations.
- Partner with stakeholders to define competitive and attractive salary ranges for different positions.
- Stay informed about industry compensation trends and market benchmarks.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and managing candidate databases.
- Develop recruitment-related documentation and SOPs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance recruitment strategies and processes continually.
- Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to improve the overall recruitment process.
- Coordinate with external recruiter partners and temporary workforce agencies.
- Develop Talent Acquisition strategy and department.
- Perform any other duties as assigned in support of the company needs and operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for a variety of corporate functions including fashion retail, finance, marketing, and operations.
- Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or AIRS Certified Recruiter.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
- Knowledge of labor market trends and competitive compensation practices.
