As a People Business Partner, you are not just supporting the business—you are helping run it. You will serve as a strategic advisor and operator embedded within the business, translating enterprise strategy into people, organizational, and performance outcomes. This role is designed for individuals who bring strong business acumen, influence without authority, and a deep understanding of how people strategy drives results. Success in this role means moving beyond transactional HR to actively shape decisions, enable leaders, and build high-performing teams that drive the business forward.
About the Role
Act as a trusted business partner and advisor to senior leaders, helping shape and execute business strategy through people, organization, and talent decisions
Translate enterprise and business strategy into clear, actionable people strategies that drive performance, growth, and long-term capability
Operate as a thought partner in decision-making, asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and guiding leaders toward the best outcomes
Build and enable high-performing teams by influencing leadership capability, team dynamics, and organizational design
Lead and drive enterprise change initiatives, ensuring alignment, adoption, and measurable business impact
Use data, insights, and business context to inform decisions, identify trends, and proactively address risks and opportunities
Serve as a connector across functions, navigating complexity to drive work forward, remove barriers, and champion talent stewardship including succession planning and long-term capability building
About You
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of experience in HR, business strategy, or a highly consultative or partnering role
Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, influencing decisions and outcomes
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to business performance
Experience leading or enabling organizational change, transformation, or team effectiveness initiatives
Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and drive results
Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics and tell clear, compelling stories
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating in fast-paced, complex environments such as financial services, fintech, or technology
Background in organizational design, workforce planning, or people strategy at scale
Advanced degree or HR certification such as SHRM or SPHR
Track record of influencing cross-functional leaders without direct authority
Experience partnering closely with Finance, Operations, or Product teams
