Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm appointments

  • Meet with members through phone or virtual consultations

  • Explain available benefit programs in simple, clear terms

  • Help clients complete digital forms and applications

  • Maintain accurate records and follow up when needed


Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Solid work ethic and professionalism

  • Good time-management abilities
