We are looking for a Spare Parts Warehouse Planner to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
Plan the factory spare parts, raw materials, and support material requirements.
Determine material needs by analyzing requests from production, maintenance, warehouse, and purchasing teams.
Follow the procurement process for imported materials and manage lead times.
Regularly monitoring stock levels and tracking critical and safety stock.
Ensure uninterrupted production and operational continuity by securing material availability.
Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and production teams.
Track materials, inventory, orders, and deliveries via SAP or relevant ERP systems.
Prepare reports, data analysis, and tracking sheets using Excel.
Monitor delayed, critical, or at-risk materials and provide regular updates to relevant departments.
Prepare order suggestions, stock analyses, and consumption reports within material requirement planning scope.
Track delivery times, customs processes, logistics, and supply risks for imported materials.
Analyze excess stock, slow-moving stock, and material shortages and develop action proposals
Qualifications
Graduated from relevant Engineering departments of universities (preferably Industrial Engineering)
Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field
Experienced in imported material procurement processes
nowledge of material planning and procurement processes
Proficient in MS Office programs
Experience with SAP MM module and MRP/ERP systems
Proficient in Power BI or other data analysis and reporting tools
Military service completed
Residing / can reside in the Anatolian side of Istanbul and around Gebze,
