$33.93 - $40.39
Pay adder available for B2 Boiler License or higher
Sign-on Bonus :
$1000 after 30 days
$500 after 6 months
$500 after 1 year

2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
3rd shift (11pm-7am)

The Job You Will Perform:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
- Perform preventative maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring run out, calibrating dials, aligning components, and observing operations, vibrations, and noise level
- Complete emergency/break down maintenance as necessary to support plant operations
- Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs and installations
- Accurately use measurement and test equipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and cleaning up work areas as part of completing assigned tasks
- Accurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork
- Work independently as well as part of a team
- Follow all safety rules and practices
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
The Skills You Will Bring:
- Strong mechanical skills and aptitude
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Skilled in pneumatics, electrical, PLC, and hydraulics
- MN Special Engineer Boiler License or higher preferred
- Ability to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices
- Well-rounded electrical, mechanical and machine shop skills and experience
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five years of maintenance experience with at least one year with the same employer
- Highly-qualified candidates would possess a technical degree or apprenticeship certification and maintenance experience in the corrugated industry or similar manufacturing environment
Candidates selected for further consideration will be required to complete a tests on job-related skills, a panel interview, background check, drug screen, and pre-employment health assessment.
