What this role is all about
You will join Infobip as a Product Marketing Manager focused on a specific product domain within our portfolio, such as RCS or OTT. In this role, you will shape go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for one core product area, helping Infobip lead in next-generation, AI-driven customer engagement solutions. You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Revenue teams to translate complex capabilities into clear customer value and strong market impact.
What you’ll do
Own and drive product marketing activities for a dedicated product area, building a deep understanding of its ecosystem, customers, and use cases
Build and execute go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and pipeline-building initiatives
Translate technical product features, including AI-related capabilities, into clear customer value propositions and strategic reasons to buy
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Revenue teams, and broader Infobip marketing teams to ensure strong market alignment
Engage directly with customers and partners to develop customer stories, support sales meetings, and gather market insights
Act as an external-facing representative through customer interactions, partner collaboration, events, and public speaking opportunities
What makes you a strong fit
3+ years of proven experience in solutions, product, or portfolio marketing, ideally in a B2B technology, software, telecom, or other complex solution-based environment
Experience in B2B marketing and sales enablement, with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
Strong interest in the future of customer experience and engagement technologies
Ability to deeply understand customer needs and turn technical features into compelling messaging that addresses real pain points
Comfortable influencing decision-making across different seniority levels within complex organizations
Data-driven mindset, using insights and metrics to inform plans and decisions
Adaptable, proactive, and positive
Nice-to-have qualifications
Exposure to CPaaS, telco, RCS, or OTT-related products or ecosystems
Experience with public speaking and active participation in industry events
