Assistant Manager – Loss Prevention 損失預防部副理
Job Description
Purpose of Role
Assist Manager in supervising and managing all aspects of Loss Prevention department. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all W Taipei guests and Talent, as well as protect the assets on the hotel premises.
Responsibly Description
-Assist Manager in coordinating Loss Prevention operations with local government officials.
-Assist in supervising security operations on a daily basis, as well as during special events.
-Provide protection to W Taipei guests, Talent and hotel property.
-Monitor all activities for unauthorized removal of properties.
-Understand and enforce all hotel security policies and procedures.
-Enforce all local laws and / or rules where applicable.
-Inspect all areas for safety and fire hazards and files reports accordingly.
-Supervise CCTV Ops Deck.
-Maintain W Style as outlined in departmental and Hotel policies.
-Provide courteous service to W Taipei guests and be cordial to all Talent.
-Maintain a consistent, regular attendance record.
-Perform other duties as directed by management.
-Follow all company policies and procedures.
-協助經理與當地政府官員有良好的聯繫（有關安全協調）。
-監督損失預防部專員有關每日的勤務工作或是特殊事件。
-提供台北W飯店顧客、英才及飯店資產完善的安全防護。
-針對擅自移動飯店資產行為監控。
-能了解並執行所有飯店安全政策與步驟。
-確保所有當地政策法規適用本飯店。
-檢查所有區域是否有安全消防潛在危機，並附上相關文件報告。
-監控CCTV畫面。
-遵守飯店及部門政策維持W時尚標準。
-為台北W飯店顧客提供周到的服務，給英才親切的感受。
-保持服務品質一致，並定期考核記錄。
-遵照管理部門的需求完成其他職責。
-遵守所有公司政策和流程。
