Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize both digital and traditional marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills who can manage integrated campaigns across online platforms and offline channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
1. Digital Marketing
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, email, website, and paid advertising channels.
- Create and oversee content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media accounts.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven insights.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency.
2. Traditional Marketing
- Plan and execute offline campaigns including print ads, brochures, flyers, .. etc
- Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows and corporate events.
- Develop promotional materials and liaise with vendors.
- Support in-store marketing initiatives and point-of-sale promotions.
3. Campaign & Brand Management
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns that combine online and offline efforts.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Track ROI and prepare performance reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital and traditional marketing.
- Preferably has graphic design skills
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with offline marketing channels and event coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
