Controls Engineer

The Controls Engineer plays a key technical and leadership role in supporting & advocating plant automation systems. This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems while supporting Automation and Maintenance Technicians. You'll design, troubleshoot, and improve PLC, HMI, robotics, and SCADA-based systems while partnering closely with manufacturing and maintenance teams to support both daily operations and new product launches. With the ability to influence short and long-term business goals, this role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact on reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the plant.
